The Winter Concert last night was a lot of fun! The girls both played beautifully....
Marissa has taken on a new role in her life....she was one of 3 youth mentors for the 6th grade band. She goes everyday that Morgan has band and helps with her grade during band. Helps them if they need to practice, listens to them, encourages and helps out Mrs. Wold.
She and the other two high schoolers that do this were honored last night ....we are so proud of her!
Marissa played all of the pieces in the program except the Jazz band piece. It is really awesome to see her develop into a musician and not just a band student.

Marissa's grade played really well...the last number they did was the piece they played in the parade in Anamosa.
