Our blessings...

Lauren - she is really taking a lot of responsibility in the house....all her sisters are in school for most of the day and she is really a great helper! Soon she will be starting piano lessons. It is hard to believe how big she is now. She has a solo in the Christmas Play.

Hannah - she has a really heavy load with school this year - being both at home and at the Middle School. She is enjoying band and learning how to play her percussion instruments. Her first concert is next Monday. She enjoyed going to Marissa's games and hanging with the high schoolers in the band. She also is going to be starting piano lessons soon. She also has a music solo in the Christmas play at church.

Morgan - she is enjoying choir and being a part of show choir. She has a concert for choir this week...and next week with show choir. She will be taking up with piano lessons again. She has started volunteering to work with the little kids at church during the worship service. Middle schools is starting to get easier than at the beginning of the year, when she really just wanted to be at home. We had our first freshman orientation meeting this past month...and it is hard to believe she will be a freshman next year.

Marissa - is one busy young woman....sometimes she is not home any night of the week until late at night...but she is enjoying her sophomore year. She is in band, helps out in children's church, is working really hard to save money for the Band Ireland trip March 2013, helping with the Christmas musical at church, and is involved in student government.

We are so blessed to have healthy kids...happy kids...and we are treasuring every moment we have with them!
