LETTER OF PRE-QUALIFICATION

The house will be flipped with the garage on the other side....due to the elevation.
There still is a ton of work to do before they even begin to build....dirt and trees to be moved.
So yesterday, we got the letter with the magic words... We have reviewed your financial application for the Single Family New Construction Program. Based on the information you provided your application has been approved. Praise you JESUS!
We are meeting with the builders tonight to start the process of building a home in Cedar Rapids. We applied for and were awarded a grant to pay 25% of the cost of the house. All we have to pay is the closing cost. Next week....my mom and I are going to go and pick out colors and trim and all that fun stuff. More to come later.....we are moving our stuff from the house in Maquoketa in a week and a half. The girls and I will still be living in Maquoketa for the summer at a friends house - and in August we will be renting a furnished house until the house is done. Should be done in October...we will see what happens next!
