In the Stangl House, when you turn 10 you can choose if you want your ears pierced or not....the tradition is that Gran takes them to get their ears pierced....So when Gran and Papa came for a visit after my dad left - we celebrated Hannah's birthday and Christmas together....we had to postpone a couple of times....first the weather...then Great Grandpa was in the hospital, then the weather again....it seemed like forever, but we made it.

Just before she gets the first one done...she is squeezing her Daddy's finger - just like her Momma does!
Here is the after shot....she looks really good with earrings and has done a good job of taking care of herself and her ears! She already had her perm so she was all decked out in style!
