Movie Day!

Before Christmas the girls and I read together the book - "The Tale of Desperaux" in anticipation for this movie....It has finally come to the Maquoketa Voy Theatre...

We went to the movie this afternoon, to have a good time together as a family....

It was a really good movie...slightly different from the book though. We did our devotions tonight on what happened positively and negatively in the movie.

The movie has forgiveness, redemption, love, acceptance of being different....

It also has some not wanting to be what you were created to be and selfishness and pride - which we are all a little guilty of at times.
