New Dishwasher

The old dishwasher in our house has washed its last dish...On Sunday, I came home to find the the kitchen floor in a puddle of water...

So the repair man came this morning - took one look at it and said uh..this is not good...the seal was broken, the plate was rusted, and the motor was corroded as it had been leaking for quite a while...to fix this ancient thing was around $300-350 with labor.

So out with the old and in with the new...$600 later we are back in business, BUT poorer for it...
