Friday's Progress - 11/19/10

This picture is the house that is directly across the street from our house....in three days they have it framed, the trusses on and the roof is starting to be put on...

Here is the start of the deck on our house....the boards are in place and they will be working on this project soon..


Here is the electric meter box. Next week the acutal meter and electric will be hooked up!

Here is the gas meter...the gas line and meter are ready to go and tomorrow they will be connecting the gas line from the meter into the house so we will have heat for the sheet rock.


Today they insulated the house....










Here are the post holes for the deck....

And here they are filled for the support post for the deck...


Here is the shake for the peaks of the house....I understand that they will start siding as soon as the kitchen window that is not here arrives....


Tonight the sheet rock was delivered...isn't this remote control arm cool!




So tomorrow the gas line and sheet rock go in and later on - also on Saturday they will install the garage door so they can keep the house warm for the sheet rock.
